US. Operations
Most of our customers are in the U.S., but we have
customers outside the U.S. and can ship world wide.
We have sales contacts across the U.S. and you can always contact us
centrally in our Chicago area office to
request a quote or to
get information.
We also have warehousing, inventory management, and order management capabilities
in the U.S. to service your inventory storage, management, and just-in-time
delivery needs.
Within our U.S. headquarter, we have design engineering capability to help you
with your pre-manufacturing design questions.
Our U.S. based team will oversee the arrival, inspection and resolution of any
quality questions in the U.S. To reduce quality problems, our U.S. team works
closely with our Sr. Engineering team in China that supervises all works in China
on your behalf, using product quality assurance methodologies. This close work
between CMI’s full time staff in both countries minimizes problems once product
is in the U.S. Here in the U.S., product quality audit checking programs are
implemented where needed or requested.
