Our full-service capabilities also include: logistics support, US warehousing, inventory programs, feasibility analysis and other quality assurance programs.

Cold forging is a metal-forming process that shapes metal at or near room temperature, without heating. It uses high pressure to deform the material into a desired shape, resulting in parts with excellent strength, precision, and surface finish. It is ideal for mass-producing items like fasteners, gears, and automotive components. Additional processing help improve the mechanical properties through hardening, creating stronger, harder parts with minimal material waste.
