We’re experts in cold forming.

The cold forming process allows for fast, accurate results. By forging metals at near room temperatures, metals can be rimed into tool steel or carbide dies by using high speeds and high pressure. Cold forming (also referred to as cold heading) provides many benefits, including: increased metal hardness, yields strength and tensile strength. This is done by using an upsetting and extrusion process that rearranges and compacts the grain flow of a part, rather than remove material.
