Hot Forging

Hot forging is a metal shaping process that uses force and  heat to shape the metal. The material is heated  to high temperatures to make it more malleable, then hammers or presses press  it into the desired shapes. It creates  strong, complex parts with refined grain structures. It is often used to make parts for  automotive, aerospace, and heavy machinery components needing high strength and toughness.

Die Forging

Die forging, or impression-die forging, shapes hot metal by hammering or pressing it between two dies with a negative impression of the final part, creating strong, complex components for industries like aerospace and automotive. It often has multiple die stages for intricate details
