CMI provide traditional machining service to produce various precision parts and components. Our manufacturing team can fabricate parts from 1/8” to 2” solid bar, up to 1-3/4” hex, as well as forgings and castings. With special attachment being installed, complex features can be processed, like milling, slotting, cross milling, etc. With part size capabilities ranging from 5mm to 1500mm (13/64” to 60”), we also base our machining tolerances on customers’ specifications to ensure we meet all of their needs.
As part of our effort to meet and exceed expectations, we also offer a 12 week lead time for large orders and are equipped to provide complete logistics support, warehousing in the USA, inventory programs, feasibility analysis and other quality assurance programs. Customers can also benefit from our secondary processes, including plating and heat treatments.

Depending on the required production output, single or multi spindle CNC can produce precision machine parts cost-effectively. For lower production runs (5,000 below), a single spindle CNC may be the better option.
